How does our Two-Piece Clic System work?

A Two-Piece Clic System is when the stoma pouch and the baseplate are separate, connected by a locking ring mechanism. All of our STOMOCUR® Clic baseplates can be gripped behind the locking ring – pressure on the abdominal wall when attaching the pouch is therefore not necessary. A clearly audible "Click" confirms the correct fit for the user.

Why choose a Two-Piece System?

Whether you choose a one or two-piece can be a personal preference or medical recommendation.

Two-Piece Systems allow more flexibility when changing the supply, as it is not necessary to constantly pull off the baseplate. This makes them the ideal choice for people with sensitive skin or special medical conditions that require the pouch to be changed regularly.

Benefits of our Two-Piece products

In addition to the unique properties of our Two-Piece Clic System range, all products individually have outstanding benefits:

  • Available in four baseplate types: Combiflange Hydrocolloid and Alginate, both in flat and 7 mm convexity
  • Comprehensive range of stoma openings, available in cut to fit and pre-cut baseplates
  • Wide selection of pouches with different locking ring sizes: closed and drainable pouches as well as urostomy supplies
  • High output pouches also available
  • Integrated belt attachment
  • Soft non-woven cover on both sides

Unique range features

There are many features of our Two-Piece product range:

Locking Ring That Can Be Gripped Behind
